Yes. Buyers and sellers are pseudonymous to each other for the entirety of the trade. Identities are only ever known to Sotto itself, and only for KYC compliance.
Both sides. Funds are held by Sotto until the watch passes authentication at our Geneva vault. If anything is off, funds return to the buyer and the watch returns to the seller.
We open VIP slots monthly. You can request one at any time — the vetting call takes 20 minutes and we look for trading history, paperwork hygiene, and a clean reference history.
Yes. Memberships are pro-rated. You keep access until the end of the billing period; nothing is auto-renewed against your will.
